REFUND POLICY.

At The Garage Guys, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we are committed to addressing your concerns. Please review our refund policy to understand the terms under which refunds may be provided.

Refund Policy - 

1. Service Refunds

We aim to deliver high-quality garage door services, but if an issue arises, we offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include redoing the service or offering a refund, depending on the situation.

  • Failure to Deliver Service: In the rare event that we are unable to complete the agreed-upon service due to circumstances within our control, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind after the service has been performed or the work is completed to industry standards, refunds will not be provided.

  • Damage Due to Neglect or Misuse: If any damage occurs after service due to improper handling, negligence, or external factors unrelated to the service performed, we cannot issue a refund.

  • Special or Customized Orders: Any special orders or custom materials used for your garage door service are non-refundable unless defective.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Get in touch with us via phone or email within 7 days of the service completion. Be sure to provide details about the issue and any supporting documentation, such as photos.

  • Review Process: Once we receive your refund request, we will review the situation and may ask for additional information. We will respond to your request within 5 business days.

  • Resolution: If we determine that a refund is warranted, we will issue the refund via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee equivalent to 20% of the service cost.

  • Cancellation by The Garage Guys: In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a convenient new time. Any prepaid amounts will be credited towards the rescheduled service or refunded if no alternative appointment is available.
